About Ten Seconds Yunnan Rice Noodle

Located at 337b New Dorp Ln, Staten Island, NY 10306, Ten Seconds Yunnan Rice Noodle operates as a chinese restaurant serving Staten Island in New York. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.

Chinese restaurants in the United States range from steam-table lunch counters to white-tablecloth Cantonese seafood halls, and most fall somewhere in between: a laminated menu, a lunch special board, and combo plates priced a few dollars below the dinner menu. Ordering by number off the menu is normal and speeds things up, especially at takeout counters. Family-style ordering, where a table shares several dishes with rice rather than each person getting an individual entree, is standard at sit-down spots and usually cheaper per person. Many neighborhood restaurants are cash-preferred or charge a small card fee, so it is worth asking or checking the door before you order. Delivery apps cover most areas, but calling the restaurant directly is often faster and avoids the markup.

The business lists hours on 7 days of the week. The most common schedule is 11 am–10 pm. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. The listed phone number is (347) 855-2000. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone.

Its Google rating is 3.7 out of 5 from 66 reviews, a solid but mixed picture; reading the most recent reviews will tell you what to expect.

Staten Island is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Getting around Staten Island is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across New York's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

I’ve been a regular at the Staten Island location for a while, but today I visited the Brooklyn location on 86th Street and was pleasantly surprised by how many additional menu items they offer. I tried the Herbal Pork Stomach Noodle Soup, and it was outstanding. The herbal broth was rich, comforting, and full of flavor, and the pork stomach was tender and prepared perfectly. I still love my Staten Island location, but I really hope they consider adding this dish to their menu. It’s unique, delicious, and I think it would be a hit with customers looking for more authentic noodle soup options. Overall, both locations are great, but I’d love to see Staten Island expand its menu to include this amazing soup.

I ordered noodles from here last night for me, my bf and his mom and we were very disappointed, she had tomato beef brisket noodle and barely meat in there, she said the soup is okay but no quality meat is bad (luckily they refunded this one which is great but still I feel bad for my bf’s mom) And I ordered pork bone sliced beef noodle and it came with one chicken wing inside my soup, the restaurant said that’s what they have in it originally, but it just so weird to me, I never expected a chicken wing in my soup, at the very beginning I thought they just put someone’s left over in it, idk just doesn’t make any sense to me that one chicken wing in my soup!

This place is so delicious, I love their braised pork bowl. They’re so generous with the protein and it has so much flavor and depth.

I love rice noodles. This place offers many different varieties of soups. Perfect for cold weather. They added many appetizers and desserts on the menu. The most exciting thing is they have special drinks now!! May always go for oatmeal mochi milk tea. The texture of the mochi with the chewy oatmeal, the combination is so addicting! I also always get their jasmine soy milk for the next day! No tips required!!! You order food at the counter and wait for your food at your table. After you finish, you just go. That’s another big plus! I highly recommend this place for comfort food and great drinks!
